Remarkably Retro
Exhausted!

A week ago yesterday, my Dad had to have hip replacement surgery. He went into ICU and then into a regular room on Sunday. Yesterday they moved him to a Rehab/Nursing Home for physical therapy. He’s having hallucinations from the medications I think and is very confused.

I still haven’t scheduled my surgery yet. I had to go for tests on Monday and everything turned out fine. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to schedule my surgery for next week or the week after.

It just seems like too much is going on at one time and I wish things would slow down a little. I’m still going to work and then after work almost every day I go visit my Dad. I’m hoping that he will improve and be able to go home soon. It’s hard for me to think about having surgery when my Dad is having such a rough time too.
