“Dynevor Rhys, this month, shows his blond young lady in a hat and suit of black velvet from Mainbocher. The hat is of the beret type pulled out in front to form a sort of visor. The cockfeathers are fastened on the left side and fall down over the head on the right. The suit of black velvet has a jabot scarf which forms a large chou under the chin. The scarf is white organdy.”
