I found this old beat up 8x10 picture in a tattered German frame at a thrift store this afternoon. It is signed “Robert W. Daley”. I’m not familiar with this artist and can’t find much on the web about him. Is anyone familiar with him? I like this picture and I got it for only $2.99.
